| Mr. Olive was born in Lafayette County, Arkansas, to Joseph Searcy Olive and Augusta (Harris) Olive, and he received his higher education at the University of Arkansas. He married Martha Jean Lemaster at Fayetteville on August 25, 1946, and they moved to Hughes, where he began teaching agriculture for HHS in the fall of 1947, a position he held for four years. They eventually moved to Dunedin, Pinellas County, Florida, where Mrs. Olive died April 2, 1992. Mr. Olive also died in Dunedin on April 2, 2002. |
