| Mr. Hester was born September 25, 1946 in Lonoke, Arkansas, son of James Lynn Hester and Katherine Janet (Green) Hester. He received his Batchelor of Science degree with a major in art from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, and he joined the HHS faculty in the ’68-’69 school year. Mr. Hester taught in subsequent years at North Little Rock, Bebee, Cabot and finally at Sherwood, Arkansas. He was married to Sharon Louise Hensley. Mr. Hester died at the age of 55 on February 26, 2002, interment in the Sylvania Cemetery, Sylvania, Lonoke County, Arkansas. |
