1928 saw the end of Mr. Tisdale principleship. He was succeeded by Mr. Earl B. Bowdoin who
became the first person to have the title of Superintendent . This also marks the year that
the Heth School and the Hughes School were consolidated. Four school buses were
purchased and became part of the school equipment.
